Quality Operations Specialist

This position requires the following requirements for employment at Stallergenes Greer and includes but not limited to:

 

  • Excellent technical writing and critical thinking skills.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Assist with departmental projects.
  • Ability to collaborate as a member of cross-functional teams.
  • Evaluate and investigate reported Customer Complaints, including inspecting product inventory and manufacturing records for associated product complaints.
  • Maintain vial inspection certification.
  • Management of supplier qualifications.
  • Assist in investigation and review of Deviations/CAPAs
  • Assist with Internal and External Audits
  • Assist in Regulatory Inspections
  • Assist with department trending

Requirements

Education Requirements

 

This position requires the following minimum education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field and 3+ years of pharmaceutical manufacturing/quality experience, is required. 

 

Work Experience Requirements

 

  • Must be knowledgeable and competent as related to the responsibilities of Quality Operations
  • Provide direct support to QA Compliance and Quality Operations. 
  • Liaise with other functional areas to ensure appropriate and adequate communication to facilitate complaint investigations, supplier management, internal audits quality investigations, and process improvements.
  • Assist in driving Quality Operations priorities to completion.
  • Ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams.
  • 3+ years of pharmaceutical industrial experience in Quality

Computer Skill(s)

  • To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of basic computer knowledge such as Word Processing and Database software as well as Edwards or equivalent inventory software.
