Master Control Module Specialist- Training
Job brief
This position requires the following requirements for employment at Stallergenes Greer and includes but not limited to:
Job Task(s)
- Assist with the update and improvement of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPS) related to training
- Monitor the effectiveness of training for employees during the orientation period and career development through the use of competencies and evaluations.
- Collaborate with corporate personnel to enhance current training programs
- Emphasis placed on:
- Contamination Control
- Aseptic Technique
- Documentation
- Perform routine data entry and document retention tasks as required by company procedures to help maintain an orderly, compliant, and readily available training recordkeeping system.
- Must be non-biased, discreet and confidential in all work activities.
- Ability to recognize the needs of the staff, heighten morale, and decrease stress and burnout.
- Exemplary coaching/motivational skills at both an individual and team level.
- Adaptable and able to move with change while maintaining a positive attitude and strong role model for the department
- Flexibility in work schedule required based on training needs for shift workers
Requirements
Physical Demand(s)
- Sitting for long periods of time
- Typing and computer use
- Some walking and climbing stairs
Computer Skill(s)
- Proficient in the operation of the Microsoft Office Suite (i.e. Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint), Adobe Acrobat, and Microsoft Edge
- Proficient in the maintenance of MasterControl
Additional Skills
- Working knowledge of cGMP regulations -21 CFR Part 210 and 211
- Knowledge of aseptic technique and aseptic manufacturing principles
- Strong organizational skills: Ability to simultaneously work on both long and short term projects.
- Must be a self-motivated, team work capability, and excellent attendance
- Attention to detail is a must
Education Requirements
This position requires the following minimum education:
- High school diploma or G.E.D.
Work Experience Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in a cGMP Manufacturing Environment
- Excellent verbal communication skills are required. Public speaking, instructional presentation skills and/ or instructor-led training experience is preferred.
