Stability Coordinator

Job brief

The Stability Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and monitoring stability programs to ensure products meet quality, safety and regulatory requirements throughout their shelf life.

Job Task(s)

This position requires the following requirements for employment at Stallergenes Greer and includes but not limited to:

 

  • Manage SLIM-RV system (making sure results are entered/verified/approved in a timely fashion)
  • Manage SLIM (Stability- request, pull and submit weekly stability lab samples, generating monthly test calendars and distributing them to the correct departments/facilities)
  • Schedule and maintain pulling vials for RV and stability (filling out required documents and keeping fridge organized, maintaining fridge/incubator capacity, sending spec alert outs when needed)
  • Must be able to maintain vial inspection certification
  • Manage daily RV inspections
  • Maintain communications as it relates to processes with various departments
  • Maintain sorting and creating RV studies in a timely fashion
  • Improve or implement various procedures as needed
  • Assist with QC projects
  • Must be willing to cross- train on stability and control room responsibilities as needed
  • Maintain Stability Protocols
  • Identify and ensure products are placed on stability for each year
  • Assist with annual reports for stability-Allergenic Extracts and SD/SEV
  • Assist with annual reports for retention-Allergenic Extracts
  • Assist with Stability Out of limits and exceptions/deviations
  • Author and/or review department deviations when needed
